Free & Nearly Free Stuff – With & Without Coupons

Final Tally For The Past Week
Sunday, July 3 – Saturday, July 9, 2011

Purchased:        $ 267.58  Products (Publix, Target, Walgreens & CVS)

Net Cost:           $ 75.02 is what I paid out-of-pocket

Saved:               $ 192.50 (72%)

And, no, this was NOT piles of junk food or years worth of toilet paper and laundry detergent.

All items purchased are regular groceries (lots of organics and fresh and natural foods), household, and health/beauty/personal care items – no fillers, no piles of junk food, no massive amounts of toilet paper, etc.  Just things I would normally buy (with some small amount of stocking up on good deals like Muir Glen Organic soups, Oral-B toothbrushes and other dental products, quality shampoo, etc.).

Happy Shopping, Happy Savings.
